As mentioned in other reviews (like MikeJMike) the head size adjustment knob is attached to the helmet with a small and flimsy piece of plastic. Broke within the first few days of use. I can't imagine substituting the same helmet with any benefits given the way it's built. All other pads are fine, but the helmet has a major design flaw that makes it almost unusable. The Revain rating for this kit is of course a hoax. Do yourself a favor and find the best helmet and gear, hopefully from a company you've actually heard of. This definitely lives up to the "buy cheap, buy twice" mantra.
