This is an updated review/story on how honest and authentic RestCloud is. Previous but not the first review: "Wonderful company! Amazing customer service! I love the product!” Now with an updated review. I got my butterfly habitats very quickly. I open the first one and it opens and I realize I have an amazing product! I opened the second one and it had a side down problem and wouldn't stand up. I contacted the company and they responded quickly. I was told to close it in the position it came in and then try opening it again. I tried this a few times before contacting the company and explaining it. I quickly got a new one and threw the other one away. I love these habitats! Weeks went by and I saw that the habitat wasn't holding up, so I took it to my husband to see if he could get it working. So I went to open it so he could see the problem. Perfectly got up. Made me happy! I contacted the company, told them the story and asked them to bill me for a free replacement. They thanked me for contacting me and were happy to know it worked well and gave me a free one anyway. I have to admit I feel guilty that they sent a new one. I highly recommend this company. And I will buy from them again! I grow butterflies every year and I don't usually get parsley or dill. So I decided to use one for dill and the other for parsley and I'm going to ditch my old butterfly habitats and use one for sailboats. My sister-in-law told me about this habitat and she uses it for monarch butterflies. .THANKS RESTCLOUD!
