Review on 💻 High-Performance HP Chromebook: 4GB RAM, 16GB eMMC Storage, Chrome OS - Black by Justin Guldin

We purchased this item to replace a 5 year old HP Chromebook. We were very pleased with the value and functionality of the old device in middle and high school for our student. The touchpad on this new device stopped working in less than two months. I am now out of my return window. I tried contacting HP who said the unit was most likely refurbished and out of warranty. I'm trying to dispute this with HP as the unit is listed as new at the time of purchase. Revain informed me that my return window had expired and that the manufacturer was responsible for all repairs. This took a lot of time and I'm still waiting for answers. Don't waste your time.
