Purchase date: Summer '17 Worked well during my vacation. Nice bag, especially for the price. However, after several trips, there are still some items left here. Holds up well. Still no major damage. Waterproof. Decent additional storage. I've learned to wrap something soft around the sticks to keep them from rattling and MAYBE protect the wood. Dirty laundry on the first ride. Towels on later trips. During my last trip, Southwest stated that they would not be held responsible for the damage because it was soft. They recommended severe cases. In one of the other reviews I see a woman complaining that her bag is difficult to use. I can handle mine like a man, but I totally agree with her. A pair of internal straps will solve the problem. I have found that my clubs will shift and this will upset the balance. It's a real pain when you're lugging it through the airport along with other luggage. Several times I had to stop and switch clubs. The outer straps do not secure the bottom of your bag. However, I give it a high rating for us humble golfers. This is a quality bag. My wife needs a new bag and she has been thinking about this one. I suggest taking the next step with an internal strap for a few bucks more.
