I bought these after my old hard plastic cases started to crack. They are smaller than I expected except if you want to use lids you can't even fill them all the way. A full tray of dice barely fills my glass of water. An "easy release"? HA! Even after leaving them on the counter for a minute, I have to press the floor to release the cube. (The instructions state not to bend the tray, which contradicts their own product images.) If you want to get the cubes right away, be prepared to strain a few arm muscles trying to push them out, and there will be shards of ice on the bottom of the tray where they break before breaking off. I bought a cheap set of hard plastic trays at the grocery store that were half the price and a hundred times better than these silicone based ones. They are a decent size and it only takes a slight twist of the tray for all the cubes to pop out. You go to Goodwill.
