This phone did not work properly out of the box. When I first used it there was loud noise in the background which made it very difficult to hear people. I speak and it is very difficult for them to understand me over the noise. Another big issue with this phone is the volume. I can't count the number of times people have told me they can't hear me and speak up; this is very frustrating. I couldn't get a refund because 30 days after the warranty expired I decided to get a refund from the seller. This new phone shouldn't have that many problems. I work from home and lose money if I can't talk to clients without problems. I will never buy this phone again. Avoid!
