After only 2 weeks the LEDs stopped working and the sound quality got so bad that customers kept asking me to repeat for noise or low volume. When I checked to rule out the physical line I connected a regular old phone which was crystal clear.

I recently had the opportunity to use the phone and will be using it daily from May 11th. The headset is lightweight so you don't even feel it on your head. Calls are also clear. Bought for a call center. I would recommend this product to anyone who doesn't want to crunch their phone between their shoulder and ear.

This phone did not work properly out of the box. When I first used it there was loud noise in the background which made it very difficult to hear people. I speak and it is very difficult for them to understand me over the noise. Another big issue with this phone is the volume. Not expecting much for this price. I am replacing a 20 year old phone with a Plantronics headset which has been very reliable. It was just a mute, redial phone, nothing more.
