Review on AA Cars DNA by Rich Schobinger

AA Cars DNA has a great feature set and is super simple to use. It’s amazing how much better my business was when I moved from excel to AA Cars DNA. You can see all your customers and clients and you can import their details from multiple sources. You can email them and schedule appointments for next week! There is so much more that I could go on about but that would take up most of the review. This is an awesome program. It's fast, reliable, and user friendly. I love it. The only thing missing is some way to add notes to individual customer accounts which would allow me to record important information such as changes in phone numbers or emails addresses (I don't want to create another account just for this). Also, if there were a way to automatically send follow-up reminders after each appointment then that'd be cool too :) But overall - very good software, thank you!!
