I have chronic back pain that makes it difficult for me to walk 5km a day, but I've always managed. Well, after the pandemic, I (like many others) gained weight because the first few days of quarantine taught me to just sit and do nothing. I finally decided to try and find some back support and this vest was one of many. But it really helped! I haven't run very far yet, but I'm confident that the comfort of this vest with lower back support will help me reach my goal (both in terms of distance walked and reaching my goal weight). * Slimming properties are a plus. Very convenient. I love it. A bit long for my short body (5ft 3in) but no big deal.
