I had an issue with the shipping, the box was damaged and the instructions were missing, and the loveseat was damaged. the seller made sure that I was more than satisfied with my experience. He went above and beyond to make it a pleasant experience. I bought the loveseat and chair for my office. they are perfect for what I am using them for.
