The naturally cool stone gently rolls over the lymph points of my face, relieving the pain of swollen glands and the stress of tightness. I've applied it to my face, neck and even along my hairline. I had a terrible headache the day I received it. After rubbing it on my forehead for a few minutes, the pain really went away.
