First of all, when it comes to a Dewalt customer, I am a dedicated customer. On the other hand I was shocked by this particular product. The first immediate (less than a week later (I'm not kidding)) problem was with the screws (near the handle) - they started to loosen (after re-tightening (not too tight) a few times). Construction part to hold the handle firmly. then to my great surprise the left wheel broke (no hard hit (wheel stuck inside)) - felt like lugging a bad bag (with at least 25 pounds of tools (how cute). I like to buy American products (help our workers/our nation!) - especially Dewalt. But for goodness sake, Dewalt's pre-launch product re-testing team needs a wake-up call. Headache.
