Good Affordable and good quality
Installed with new VCT Solenoids, Phasers, Rocket Arms and Headset. Everything is quiet and runs like a new engine. Two tips when getting into this job-1. Fordmaculoco (video on YouTube)2. All Ford components except oil pump. Don't go cheap! You will waste your time and money. Much luck.
