Not Silient for Wall Clock
Bought a new (me) house and needed a few hours for the kitchen and computer room. I despise the tiny tick-tick-tick of many ordinary clocks - not honest pendulum clocks, by the way - tick-tock like my parents' hallway clock - and bought it specifically because it was advertised as quiet. .At first they were silent. Now, after about 3 months of use, both watches are no longer silent. A noticeable loud tick-tick-tick-tick sound is common for some time when the minute hand is in certain positions. or slowly, but they are no longer silent. Sigh. The search for silent analog wall clocks continues.
