Best for outdoor grilling and cooking
I was hoping the skewers were a little thinner but these are great for piercing a couple of lemons and then inserting them into the cavity of a 4 lb. Seal chickens the deal by sticking a skewer through the flap of skin around the neck and into the top lemon. The chicken is then beautifully fried and lightly soaked in lemon oil.
