After speaking to a very friendly and helpful customer service team before purchasing, I was able to decide which model would best suit my needs. I ordered this model and it arrived within a few days. I opened the box and judging by the way everything was arranged, as well as the scratched screen and fingerprints, my novelty turned out to be second-hand. I asked for an exchange and the second one arrived a few days later. I opened the second box and although it didn't look used it also had scratches on the screen from not securing it properly during shipping. The OBD tool worked great, updated fairly easily via USB, and turned off the airbag light on my Porsche (a common problem when the battery dies). The menu system was easy to understand and the tool was faster than I expected. This model has many features that I haven't tried, but I'm sure they will work well too. Support gave me a small discount for a scratched screen. It wasn't much compared to the price of the device, but it's nice that they did something about it. I'm really impressed with the product and customer service, but be aware that if they don't change the way the item is packaged for shipping, the screen will likely be scratched.
