This is the second one I've bought. The first was to replace the driver's side regulator which failed after 3 years and 70,000 miles (slightly less time than the original in terms of mileage). The manufacturer replaced it under warranty. The passenger side (this one) failed this week. I replaced it with no problem. This regulator was poorly designed and will fail whether you buy it from Honda or the aftermarket. If I remember correctly, there was a class action lawsuit against Honda related to those power windows. I have no issues with this particular aftermarket product as the last time one failed it was out of manufacturer's warranty. If you buy it from Honda and it breaks after a few years, they won't replace it.
