I poured the first paint, poured it out of the bottle and rubbed it with my hands. My hands were very soft afterwards, but the bottle smeared some oil that ran down the top of the spout and down the sides. Lay down an old towel while you work. The second time I used a mold and a silicone brush. Much easier to keep clean and manage pouring. Great product and I love the results. My work gloves were very stiff because they got wet.
