This thing works great with Windows 10 right out of the box. if you ALSO connect the USB 3.0 cable. Monitors will not function as touch screens if you only connect a video source cable to them. You also need to connect the touch sensor source cable. That means HDMI for video and USB for touchscreen. If you can't figure it out, read the instructions. These negative reviews are absolutely stupid. This monitor works fantastic!
