Review on 🎧 Refurbished Microsoft Surface Headphones by Sri Wells

Maybe it's because it's a refurbished device because I don't think it's normal operation for a well working device. I sometimes hear this hissing static noise coming from my right side whether I'm on a phone call or listening to music. The very good noise canceling feature tends to counteract this. Also, no charging cable or extra cable was included but I complained about it and they gave me a $10 credit which I haven't been able to use until now because it's supposed to be on select items which I won't know until I review. The skin on the over-ear molding also feels cheap and started peeling off after about two months of use. I bought this because I use a Microsoft Surface Pro 4 for work and thought the integration would be great, especially for team calls/meetings. But overall I don't think it's a good buy and wonder if other recommended brands wouldn't be better. The volume, sound quality and noise reduction are simply outstanding.
