I LOVE this ethereal skirt!
The skirt is so pretty. It fits true to size (maybe a hair bigger) and has an elastic waistband (a plus in my book). Peacock feather drawstring does not adjust the waistband. Just a decoration. I'm 5'4" and this skirt glides across the floor when I'm barefoot; I'm sure only the smallest part of the hem touches the heels. Even with ballet flats, don't step on them when moving, I plan more to order!
