Color does NOT match product name/photo

**NOT BORDEAUX** is not even close. The texture is also quite different from what I've come to expect from this brand. it is as if the strands of thread were falling apart, or the whole skein had been rubbed vigorously so that the fibers were falling apart (see fig.). The main reason why I come back is the completely wrong color (see picture)
