The texture is also quite different from what I've come to expect from this brand. it is as if the strands of thread were falling apart, or the whole skein had been rubbed vigorously so that the fibers were falling apart (see fig.). RHSS Jumbo gives you more yarn for the same money. It doesn't sting at work, it washes well and is soft. No itch when you wear it or sleep with it. This yarn is very durable and your projects will last for years. I have been using Red Heart yarn in all my crochet projects for over 25 years and would highly recommend it to any beginner or experienced knitter or crocheter.

I don't know what to say about the Red Heart that hasn't already been said. There's a reason they're so well known when it comes to yarn, because the quality is reliable and the yarn lasts. The burgundy color is beautiful and exactly what I was hoping for. The color is very consistent with what is shown in the photos. I am very happy with my purchase!

Relatively recent tests have found that new strands do not match old strands. To my knowledge, this is because Red Heart needs the resources and staff to manufacture the products (likely culprit: Ms. Rona). Well, here it is.
