Although I should have opened and examined the present before and now.
Bought as a Christmas present for my grandson. I took it with me from the city so I decided to take it with me early to use on my car ride. I removed the protective film from the screen and there is a fairly deep scratch on the screen and the remote control doesn't work at all either. I tried to contact the seller and he says the return window is closed. If I had known, I would have opened earlier. Now I have a scratched player with a non-working remote control. I will not buy from this seller again.
