BIFALE - Poor Experience with Customer Service

Although BIFALE may provide a broad selection of electronics and computer accessories at unbeatable prices, I was dissatisfied with their customer service. I contacted their support team when I had a query about a product, but the response time was slow, and the agent was not very informed. It was annoying that it took several letters back and forth to get the information I required. Additionally, the packaging was inadequate when my purchase was delivered. One of the goods had been harmed during shipping, and the others were carelessly packed. Overall, BIFALE may offer a wide range of goods at excellent rates, but their customer service and packaging could use a lot of improvement. If you want a superior shopping experience, I advise going somewhere else.
