Will not fit power windows and motor assemblies

I have a regular 2001 Chevy Silverado cab. The (front) passenger side fits well with 5 seats. There was no motor mount and the motor seems to rev a little. I would have to remove the metal from the door to make it fit. Otherwise the quality seemed normal. Note the window alignment slot (not in this part) which can tear. It may also require replacement or cleaning.
