The box arrived with huge holes in it which I thought was normal until I realized the person was carrying a sandwich bag to the Storing nuts and bolts used. Of course the bag was torn, we were missing 5 nuts, 4 bolts and a leg bolt. I was able to buy replacement parts from my store at home, but I still don't have a leg screw. If you bought it new I'm sure it's great. Aside from the above issues, it works great and keeps the kayaks off the bottom as intended. Plus, they're easy to take apart in winter and move to our basement while summer stays. our porch.
