Review on Original Reusable Replacement Steam Mop Pads for LIGHT 'N' EASY S3101/S1/S4/S5/S12 - Pack of 6 by Chris Litton

Had a Shark steamer before (worked well but not for long) and then Bissell (leaved undrying puddles of water on floor and grout) Reviews of both outside and Revain steamers. So far I'm not disappointed with the performance of Light 'n' Easy. I don't need much as the only floors I steam are ceramic tile kitchen and bathroom floors, this little steamer gets the job done quickly and easily. The S3101 doesn't have a swivel head, but I was still able to reach the floor lights. My wife's hairspray leaves marks on the bathroom floor that are easy to remove. Pour water, turn on and it's ready to vaporize. in about half a minute. Easy to use, very light and fast. Comes with a pad so buy extras, they're not expensive but look for Revain for the best price/quantity. The pods aren't thick, allowing more steam to hit the bottom, and get dirty quickly, but they're machine washable, cleaned, and reusable. However, the attached offer of free documentation only leads to a page where you have to add the URL of your review etc. just to prevent the page from submitting the information. Contacting the company results in no response. I despise bad customer service hence 5 to 4 stars now.
