Runs on a well adjusted gearbox.
SRAM, Shimano. They all work well if the gearbox is in good condition. You really can't go wrong with a quality cassette. The price was right this time, so this is Sram for me. When you change the cassette, your chain is likely to wear out too, so replace it. If you still have shifting problems, replace the cable housing and realign the derailleur hanger.
