Good quality cassette I use on a 9 speed road bike with a long basket derailleur. I ride the Clyde a lot and the cassette wears out well before it needs replacing.

Good thing my Trek Pilot has a new rear cassette and chainring both were shot and shifting was problematic. This cassette is easy to install and still works as promised after a month and about 500 miles.

My bike feels brand new, always try to shift them all, chain, cassette and main rings at the same time, it's an amazing feeling when you have a brand new gearbox. again. Shifts much better than the old worn one. Fits easily on 6 year old Gravity Zilla with 29" WTB wheels (with disc brakes).

When you're three pedal strokes away from a heart attack, 34 teeth is often the difference between going up and down. Switched to 34T cassettes 15 years ago and will never go back to 32T. I've been using a full SRAM drivetrain for over a decade and their stuff has never let me down.

Cheap replacement for a 1999 XT cassette I had. Significantly heavier, but shifts well. Unfortunately I can't upshift because my shifter doesn't fit the 34T - it's my fault for not knowing more about compatibility. Although up to the eighth gear everything clearly works. SRAM, Shimano. They all work well if the gearbox is in good condition. You really can't go wrong with a quality cassette. The price was right this time, so this is Sram for me. When you change the cassette, your chain is likely to wear out too, so replace it. If you still have shifting problems, replace the cable housing and realign the derailleur hanger.

Over the years I've tried cheap, medium and expensive cartridges. I've certainly learned not to buy cheap ones. The trick is that cheap doesn't always mean cheap, and great doesn't always mean expensive. I think this cassette is the best place to go for great sound at a very low price. They wear like iron, work as they should and have a decent weight. You can pay for the best, but you'll pay a lot more to get it. I have no reason to use others.

I replaced my chain with a SRAM P951 and thought for the price it was worth replacing the cassette at the same time. The bike shifts like new and the chain no longer jumps under load. I attribute it to the chain rather than the cassette. But the new cassette is now nice and shiny and the bike looks like new for a while too.
