It takes about 4-5 minutes to reach the RPM needed for efficient use of the steam. The plug is not removed after use, it just dangles. It only takes 10 minutes to steam, the machine will stop automatically. After stopping and also after unplugging, it makes a strange noise, e.g. B. Intermittent - where it tries to cool down - it sounds like a cough. This part is annoying, especially when you're trying to have a "spa-like" experience. I like to put eucalyptus oil in the bottle for an extra relaxing feeling, but the scent is very light. After that, I rinse the container and let it dry openly so it doesn't smell musty the next time I use it. Overall this is a good product and I love that it comes with a headband.
