Not Just For Pizza: Kitchen & Dining

We keep it burning 24 hours a day, 7 days a week - not just for pizza but all types of toppings like bacon etc good and even. Doesn't get too greasy - be sure to follow proper baking instructions before using. I think it made a big difference. It's also very easy to clean in greasy situations where other pans wouldn't work. It never needs to be soaked, as burnt food just moves to the side, even if it's not non-stick. I think that's a sign of quality cast iron.
