This is an OEM disc and does not have a retail label as shown in the product description. I'm pissed because I specifically wanted to avoid the OEM disc and bought this because the product photos showed a retail label. As you can see, this is a blank white OEM control label. Luckily, Western Digital's website says it's covered by a two-year "limited warranty," which is a lot better than my previous experience with OEM drives sold through Revain. Product under warranty. This is the specified model, correct physical and memory size, cache and RPM. So, yes, you will receive the product described in new condition with the warranty intact, avoiding the biggest potential problem with OEM drives. BUT impersonating a retailer and sending an OEM is still disingenuous.
