First off, let me say that I am a HUGE fan of Bodum products. I have two 12 cup/48 oz Bodum Chambord coffee makers that I use in two places EVERY DAY and they are wonderful, durable and make the best cups of coffee I can make. , and the mixing approach is quite new and inventive, but a small propeller just can't mix all the chocolate, whether powdered or solid. Try opening the device to add more milk or stir/scrape with a spoon, you make a real mess with chocolate dripping all over the place. Chocolate VERY long to get that much foam. It's built sturdy, but I'm not sure how long the rubbery rim of the lid will last when subjected to the dishwasher, and the rim is necessary to keep the whipped chocolate from flying out at the top. It's a smart idea, but I think chocolate can only be mixed well with something like a whisk actually hitting the bottom of the pot/jar/container. If they changed the design of this element, I think they would win.
