I love this magnet! I used to juggle GPS by holding my phone or trying to hold it on my lap. No longer! My phone stuck to the magnet in the air vent next to the steering wheel and everything is fine now. I can see my phone without taking my hands off the wheel, and when I get a call I can press speakerphone and essentially make a hands-free call. I'm so glad I bought this and I plan to buy more as gifts for my friends and family. In case anyone is wondering, yes I do have a protective case on my phone. That was my main concern when I bought this magnet - will it even hold up with a case? Now I can tell you yes! The kit includes two sets of magnets (4 total) and two air vent clips. After reading the instructions, each vent clip comes with two magnets (one rectangular and one smaller and round) to give you the choice of attaching the magnetic strips directly to the phone (small round) or under a protective case. (rectangular). I attached a rectangular magnet to the back of the phone under the protective case. I've been using it for a few weeks now and haven't had any issues with my phone slipping off or the vent clip or magnetic strip detaching. I am very happy with my purchase!
