Review on 🔵 WAYNE CDU980E 0.75 HP Submersible Sump Pump - Cast Iron & Stainless Steel, Integrated Vertical Float Switch by Rick Kreutzer

Purchased WAYNE CDU980E 3/4 HP submersible pump. Cast iron and stainless steel with built in vertical float switch and Square Trade 4 year overhaul protection plan. After installation, it turned out that the pump does not work at full capacity as described, a top occurs in the well because the water is thrown back. If they call customer service and describe the problem, they want us to send the pump back to the manufacturer for inspection at the customer's expense. By then, the customer will have to buy a new one or risk flooding the basement. According to the Square Trade Protection Plan, it is not insured as it is still under warranty. Think twice before you buy.
