Nice Product for the Price

For the price, compared to others like it that are way more expensive, I'm very happy with this swing trainer. I think, if I did it over again, I would probably have gotten the 48" instead of the 40". Feel like the 40" may not quite have enough lag to really get the feel in the downswing you're looking for out of this. But it's still really helpful.

Is very good for getting muscles loose before playing a round

May be too advanced for some golfers
