Insufficient grip, difficult to reach depth
This review is not about quality as I only used it briefly. The rating is more related to the design and can apply to all similar products. I noticed two issues with this design: first, the handle isn't long enough when you have to scrub hard, and second, the straight handle makes getting into pots and pans difficult.
