It is easy for my team members who work remotely as well those in office setting since we can easily communicate through this application! We are able to send messages back-and forth quickly which helps us keep track of our projects together. I also like that you have options such as live chat, video conference calls etc so it's not just about sending emails but communicating face2face too if need be! Nothing really i dislike at all other than maybe having some customization features would help make things easier? As far as communication goes between remote teams working across different time zones its very helpful especially during major holidays where everyone has off days due to weather/sickness issues.
