Cons: * Sharp corners on the index rulers and the black depth guide that should be loosened up a bit. *Halfway through a job (about 40 threads installed) a steel set screw had already ripped off the black aluminum depth guide, prompting me to use duct tape for secure positioning and curse its design. There should probably be 2 set screws - one on each side as the depth guide tends not to be square and this can be an issue on pulls over 5 inches, especially an issue when converted to 12 inches or 14 inches . ...I understand that there must be some movement, but the amount of tightening required to eliminate the slack seems excessive and causes it to go out of square. Maybe the tips of the adjusting screws can be changed? Medium when tightened using the Allen key provided.* How is the customer service? Let's see.
