I ordered these lenses on the recommendation of a colleague. The price was perfect for me compared to the original manufacturer. My old lenses were pretty worn out so of course I was very happy to get my new lenses. They arrived pretty quickly and I installed them right away. Unfortunately the lenses didn't fit. At this point I contacted support. I received an answer in less than 24 hours. After a little confirmation of the types of frames I had, they immediately sent replacement lenses with no questions asked. A few days later I received replacement lenses. Again I tried to fit these lenses into my frames. They didn't fit again. I'm replying to my last email with a customer and informing them that these lenses don't fit either. Again I get a prompt reply informing me that they are sending me another set of replacement lenses, again with no questions asked. I have just received my third set of lenses and I am very happy to report that these lenses are perfect for me. I cannot say enough about this company and their customer service team. And the quality of the lenses is no! Highly recommended.
