This distributor did not work in my car. I took out that distributor and replaced it with another one from Autozone that worked great. There are good manufacturers and bad after-sales service dealers, which means the quality of the dealer. A good model that I bought from Autozone and use now has a steel back plate on the back of the 6 pin distribution processor. The particular distributor I had to return is actually a cheap version with a plastic back meaning if you see this they have a cheaper processing chip and are prone to failing. Just because it works when you get it doesn't mean it will last long because the heat from the engine will cause it to fail prematurely. After all this I was trying to save $$$ and had to pay $350 for my new Autozone distributor. I asked for a refund and at first they didn't want it but I explained why it wasn't working in my car and then they refunded me.
