Light and tasty coffee. Water purification and water conservation can be at odds when trying to "leave no trace”. I carry a 1 liter ziplock bag of water to rinse out the coffee rocket - I just let it thicken in the bag and the "rocket" just rinses out with coffee. When I get to a place where I can throw the set away, I rinse the bag, refill it, and start over. And yes, I know that coffee grounds are biodegradable and probably good for the environment, and I have no problem just covering them in dirt.
