I really wish I had ever bought this phone and if I could give it 0 stars I would. I've had a Panasonic phone for years and love it, but this one is just awful. Worst of all, I don't use my landline phone very often and it's been over 90 years since I realized this phone was junk. When it's my turn, if I don't have a phone but at just the right angle, the person on the other end can't hear me at all. I can never put it on my shoulder and talk while doing something else, I have to hold the phone in just the right position. Didn't even think about leaving the box because I trusted Panasonic so much and unfortunately waited too long to send this piece of junk back. I am so disappointed and surprised by Panasonic. Buyer Warning.
