Angle bit 110 will not snap into bits

So the first time I drilled a hole with it, when I pulled the bit off the bit the bit came out at a 110° angle chisel and fell to the ground from a height of 10 feet. What is very annoying is that the angled nozzle does not snap into the nozzles. If I find someone who does, I will return it.
