Excellent material, more durable than 95% bamboo products. They contain about 65% bamboo, 30% cotton and 5% spandex. However, the inseam seems to vary from pair to pair. Some have very long legs and some are much shorter. So some go below my knee which I prefer and some go well above the knee. I can send back shorter ones. Also, the price really seems to have gone up from under $30 for a two pair set to around $33 recently. Update: Regarding the review that didn't like calling it bamboo: bamboo isn't polyester! Bamboo, modal, viscose - everything is very similar, no polyester. These types of viscose fabrics are made from cellulose. And real bamboo viscose is made from bamboo pulp while viscose is made from wood pulp. Polyester (polyethylene terephthalate) is made by a chemical reaction of oil, air and water. This synthetic fiber consists of purified terephthalic acid (PTA) and monoteluene glycol (MEG). Polyester is thermoplastic, which means it can be melted and reshaped.
