I work in a flower shop and we blow up balloons every day. Got these on special order, bought 2 sets just to be on the safe side knowing balloons can pop or just not hold air. The first set number 0 was great and number 4 couldn't hold his breath and stayed in the air. We inflate the second set, and an hour after inflating #4, it loses air. These are not high quality balloons and there is no way to get a refund or prove otherwise like other products. So you buy and only lose money. Completely messed up my order for a customer. It was the 40th anniversary celebration. This isn't a user issue, mylar balloons are usually pretty durable and "accidental" ruptures aren't "everyone". The product is of poor quality, poor quality.
