Review on High-Performance Sierra 18-7331 Electric Fuel Pump - 45 GPM for Efficient Fuel Delivery by Brent Gurney

Two days ago I wrote a review about this fuel pump. I said it didn't have a Sierra Marine part number on it, I spoke to the seller and he swears it's a genuine Sierra part, it's just odd that I don't see a factory part number stamped on the part . I'm not new to boating and I'm not new to using Sierra Marine parts. But this is the first time I don't see a part number on a supposed part. After speaking to the seller I installed this fuel pump on my boat. To my surprise, my fuel pressure is seven psi and this is an eight psi pump. So the first opinion is that this pump works. Time will tell how long this lasts, my Volvo Penta factory fuel pump lasted 12 years. I will edit this review over the coming months.
