These D ring anchors are very strong and BIG! I had to make the substrate with my own hands, it turned out well. The rotating bezel with D-ring works great. Make sure you have enough space for installation. Now for the cons, the Revain website lists a 4-5/16" mounting hole in the installation instructions, while the DC Cargo Mall website lists a 4-3/8" mounting hole. BOTH ARE WRONG! I had to order a 4-3/8" hole saw off Ebay only to find out when I drilled the first hole the D-ring wouldn't fit! I had to use a jigsaw to enlarge the hole for the D-ring to fit. I used my existing 4 1/2" hole saw and drilled through a piece of trim wood to test the fit [this should have been the first] and it fit perfectly in the 4 1/2" hole. .So check first the size of the hole on a piece of scrap. Five stars for the quality of the product, but more specific guidance can be used.
