This splitter is a must-have for ANY office that requires telephone training. As my tests showed, this accessory significantly improved the training process, allowing trainers and trainees to simultaneously listen in on calls without interrupting the flow of the conversation. The splitter is lightweight and easy to use making it perfect for anyone who needs to use it on a daily basis. The only downside is that it may not work with all types of telephones.
